Sunflower Bean Bizarrely, I’d never been instructed to ‘step into the room on the right’ whilst attending any one of a number of gigs at the Hare & Hounds in King's Heath, but I was on this night. The fact that it’s twice the size of the other room is testament to the sudden popularity of New York’s newest rock trio, Sunflower Bean.

Twentytwo In Blue by Sunflower Bean It was with great excitement that Sunflower Bean's second album Twentytwo In Blue, arrived at the Gig Junkies' HQ *virtually last week. Since hearing the latest offering 'I was a Fool' from the brilliant Brooklyn trio, I’ve been a little obsessed with the band and was more than a little wired to delve into the album to see if it maintained the the same feeling of positivity and quality throughout. Needless to say I wasn’t disappointed.
