Hollywood Undead The anticipation for tonight's headliners Hollywood Undead is reaching peak levels with the fans singing ‘Everywhere I Go’ to pass time. The sound of opening track ‘Whatever It Takes’ hits the speaker and the banner hiding the stage drops to reveal the band. Taking turns to walk on stage to sing their parts they are greeted to cheers from the crowd. Screams of Undead! fill the venue as the intensity the band are playing with is incredible. For a group that has so many members singing so many different parts they are not missing a beat they work the stage to its max covering every inch of it.

Jagermeister Music Tour Tonight the third Jagermeister Music Tour made its way through the snow to the O2 Academy in Birmingham. Headlined by the mysterious Swedish cult known as Ghost, with French metal goliaths Gojira and the hottest band on the British metal scene, The Defiled. Gig Junkies' very own photographer Lee Allen got to shoot the gig, we hope you like what he saw. Kerrang! Tour 2013 So this Valentine’s night, we’ve given up a romantic meal for a night at the O2 Academy for a bit of up-and-coming rock, we’re at the Kerrang! Tour 2013. An eclectic mix of punk rock, in your face screaming and goth glam rock… Kerrang! was once the place of denim, leather, spiral perms and Iron Maiden. Thirty odd years on, as the rock genre has spread and merged with other genres, the music that Kerrang! plays and promotes has followed suit. So this 2013 tour is all about new talent and if it’s objective is about bringing the next generation into the world of rock n’ roll than it’s obviously worked. Because the crowd is made up of little people - max age of 15 if I’m being generous, kids with face-paint everywhere and the odd parent in tow.

SLAYER A lengthy queue has formed after our arrival, and swiftly grows out of sight around the corner, demonstrating that Slayers near thirty year history has diluted their appeal not one jot. This is clearly going to be quite some gig.
