For years, the chart topping foundations of V festival has drawn in the mainstream music crowds, the playlist hand-picked when ripe by the elitists of the industry; put together with the ease of celebrity status. Yet, this year, they seemed to have missed their quota amongst the to-be-seen at summer events loosing a third of ticket sales, with something lacking from their line up. |

It’s heartening to see Birmingham’s Town Hall being used for poppier gigs and I’m guessing this is the poppiest to date. It’s a sell out too, with throngs of eager young diamonds (the ‘diamonds’ in the name of the band apparently refers to Marina’s fans... aw bless) swarming into the venue. First up though there’s just enough time to slip in a bit of cock... steady now... nbullkid. |

I love Marina and her Diamonds (ahem!). She's everything a woman should be... Young, sexy, curves in all the right places, sassy, seemingly intellectual, talented both musically and vocally and generally just awesome! In short - she hot!
