He recorded it over a period of eight months using a number of analogue synthesizers and an eight track recorder in his kitchen. In a world where we take technology for granted - this seems a million miles away. This album - went on to sell over 18 million copies. And as an artist Jean Michel Jarre has gone on to sell over 80 million albums - and is here at the Barclaycard Arena in Birmingham, 40 years after THAT album on his 'Electronica Tour,' performing throughout the UK and Europe in October and November celebrating the release of "Electronica 1: The Time Machine' in 2015, and this year's "Electronica 2: The Heart of Noise.'
