Stereophonics Welsh maestros Stereophonics have a busy summer ahead and so it is that they announced three intimate warm up shows. Admittedly the Bonus Arena holds 3,500 I believe so it all depends on your own personal interpretation of intimate. Given the last time I saw them I was in a crowd of somewhere around 40,000 it’s all relative really.

John Grant To further celebrate Hull being City of Culture, 2017, John Grant was asked to curate a musical festival over the May Bank Holiday weekend. John freely admits in interviews that he simply gave a list of artists he loves and would like to see and other people did the rest, but then he’s always been extremely modest.

Roland Gift Acclaimed soul-pop singer and actor Roland Gift has announced a handful of small  dates across the UK -leading off in the city where he was born - playing at The Hare & Hounds in Birmingham.  Gift came to national attention after forming the Fine Young Cannibals in Birmingham with Andy Cox and David Steele of The Beat.
