elbow elbow announce their most extensive tour since 2008 with multi-night residencies in Dublin, Birmingham, Edinburgh, London and Manchester alongside returns to towns last visited around the release of ‘The Seldom Seen Kid’. The final tour of previous album ' The Take Off and Landing of Everything' in 2015 saw the band play their longest ever theatre residences in London and Manchester. The decision to repeat this and then visit as many places as possible came from the feedback of fans who loved those shows as much as the band did.

Nothing More Kinda breezy as we make our way to the 02 Academy tonight to be entertained by ‘one of the nicest men’ in the music biz. He’s on his ‘own’ tonight having ‘left’ his band compatriots to go on a journey of his own. He’s still very much a part of Elbow, but tonight Guy Garvey is out with his own offering ‘Courting the Squall.’

Elbow Elbow are returning in 2014. The band are currently putting the finishing touches to their sixth studio album, at their facilities at Blueprint Studios, Salford, which due for release in March 2014. As with previous albums, including the platinum ‘build a rocket boys!’ and multi-platinum ‘The Seldom Seen Kid’, the production and mixing of the album is being undertaken by keyboardist Craig Potter.
